Permanent Teaching Recruitment Service for Schools

As the recruitment of teaching and support staff within schools is one of the most challenging problems for Headteachers, Classroom Call Education Services offers an education recruitment service that helps schools resolve the problem of finding suitable teaching and support staff to fill teaching jobs and office positions.  

For twenty years, headteachers have trusted Classroom Call (CCES) to find them high calibre supply and permanent teachers to fill specific teaching jobs in their schools and teaching support staff to back them up.

Teachers registered with CCES are available for temporary/supply positions and permanent teaching jobs subject to agreement between the school and the teacher.

We recognise and take into consideration the working and cultural environments in individual schools before we put forward a teacher‘s name for a vacant teaching post. In the majority of cases, all of our teachers are interviewed and screened individually by an education experienced recruitment consultant before their CV is submitted for consideration.  If a teacher matches a teaching vacancy before the full vetting process has been completed we will always inform a headteacher of the situation in relation to where we are in the recruitment vetting process. 

As a school client of Classroom Call, we guarantee you will not be inundated with numerous teacher's CVs that don't fit the requirements of the teaching post you need to fill. 

At CCES, we always aim to deliver first-rate teachers, supply teachers and teaching support staff, who not only fulfil the skills and experience required for the teaching or support vacancy in question, but who we also feel will fit into your school's team. We take responsibility for finding the right teacher or teachers for your school based on a comprehensive job description and person specification, which we discuss and agree with you in advance. 

The job description and specification is then matched with appropriate teachers who are registered with us and who are actively looking for new teaching positions in an environment like yours. We will then present you with a shortlist of teaching candidates with the qualifications and experience that you need. Each candidate will have been subjected to stringent checks and assessments.

Finally, you choose which candidates you would like to interview for your teaching position.
